We are proud to act on behalf of Freeholders, Residential Management Companies (RMCs) and Right to Manage Companies (RTMs) in Worcester, Malvern, Ledbury and Hereford with sites ranging from 3 to 43 units, from New Builds to Listed Buildings and from full leasehold sites to Amenity areas only. Our Block Managers have a total combined experience of over 30 years and have built relationships with the clients that we act for through a stable and consistent approach. By keeping our portfolio local we are able to be flexible with visits to site and support when issues occur. We also operate on a system of regular meetings with our Block Management clients to ensure matters remain on track.
