How to participate

Use a survey hosted by TPI

To get started click the ‘Create a survey link’ button. Add a name and description for the survey that will help you remember who you surveyed and for what purpose. Generate your survey link and distribute to your resident contacts. Return to this page to check for responses and download your results.

Already have survey responses? You can gain insights by comparing your results with other TPI company members. Simply upload a .CSV file with the required column headers and data structure.

Connect your property management system

FAQs

No. The survey is anonymous. No personal data is collected in the survey. Please remember you should only distribute the survey link to residents you have permission to contact.

A research project was conducted with members to identify what data they wanted and what survey questions they were already asking. We also looked at other resident satisfaction surveys such as the statutory Tenant Satisfaction Measures in the social housing sector. A successful trial with the question set was then completed.

After distributing your survey, check for responses on this page. Click the ‘Download’ button when you have responses to view.

There are no punishments. Our aim is to establish a set of benchmark scores for resident satisfaction and then work with members on finding ways to improve them.

We’ve found residents are happy to complete the survey, the great majority of whom are satisfied with the service they are receiving.
